Our product team: Customer Experience
We unlock the transformative power of Alan's Health partner approach by eliminating operational barriers for our customers (companies and public sector organizations). Our daily users are HR teams who play play a pivotal role in choosing Alan and renewing their Alan contract.
Our team owns the solutions for organizations to enroll their employees to Alan, manage the related payroll premiums and get billed for our services, through the Alan pro dashboard. Across 4 countries (and counting!) we are shifting the dreaded admin complexity to a magically simple experience .

- Engineer our powerful employee affiliation engine that seamlessly handles thousands of lifecycle events daily
- Craft a smart multi-service payroll tool that makes HR teams' lives easier (they love us for this! )
- Build seamless integrations with major HR platforms like Payfit and Workday that "just work"
- Enable company HR teams through powerful automation and ship an employee management experience that scales and adapts to a wide range of organization types and sizes across multiple countries
- Invent the stack and flows that make billing highly reliable and a delightful part of our solution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a unified experience and delightful user experience and code base across multiple countries
- Bring Alan’s unique experience to hundreds of thousands of lives by making it easy for companies to choose & use Alan for their employees
- Work on mission-critical systems that sign deals and power Alan's core operations
- Solve fascinating business and technical puzzles while keeping our "uncompromising simplicity" principle

Is it you we’re looking for?
We Are Looking For Problem-solver Engineers With 3+ Years Of Experience Who Get Excited About Simplifying Insurance (we Promise It's More Exciting Than It Sounds!):
- You’ll be able to tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many engineers.
- You’ll design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products.
- You’ll have the opportunity to mentor other engineers & lead crews (more details in this article).
- You’ll be able to contribute to hiring your future coworkers and shape candidates’ hiring experience (improving our technical assessment process etc...)
- Well-versed in Object Oriented Programming such as Python, Java, C#, and enthusiastic about web technologies such as modern Javascript.
- Willing to work in Python/JavaScript (but you don’t need to have experience with those 2 languages!).
- Passionate about building products.
- Self-starting and entrepreneurial.
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!).
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.
- Fluent in English (no need to speak French!).
