The specialist will also support sales and service teams in expanding utilization through clinical presentations, product demonstrations, and physician engagement initiatives.
- Provide consultative procedural support to new system users, ensuring the development of product and clinical competencies.
- Deliver hands-on and didactic training to clinicians, including physicians, nurses, sterile processing staff, and OR managers, ensuring confident and effective use of the Focal One system.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional sales teams to support early adopters as they progress through training and system utilization.
- Foster collaboration and maintain open communication across clinical applications, sales, and product development teams to align best practices and technical insights.
- Provide structured feedback to product development teams, sharing real-world clinical observations to drive continuous product improvement.
- Stay current on product updates, troubleshooting protocols, and clinical advancements, ensuring expertise in instructions for use (IFU), best practices, and relevant medical literature.
- Support market growth initiatives by conducting hands-on demonstrations and customer engagements to drive product adoption and utilization (e.g., industry tradeshows, product demos, and clinical site training).
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, working with training and development teams to refine education strategies and enhance user experience.
