The Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) Sales Specialist will be responsible for Bio-Techne's cell and gene therapy workflow solutions, including products, services, and platforms with a focus on GMP raw materials supply.
Based ideally in Paris, this field-based, customer-facing role covers clients in France and Belgium (up to 30% travel), with potential for wider European travels.
Fluency in both French and English is required.

Essential Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the Cell & Gene Therapy industry through onsite visits, engaging presentations, calls, tradeshows, and regular interactions across the assigned territory.
- Leverage deep technical expertise in Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, Regenerative Medicine, and Immune Cell Therapy to support customers using iPSC-derived differentiated cell types for ex vivo therapeutic indications.
- Achieve commercial sales results by consistently meeting and exceeding quotas, providing accurate forecasting, advancing a current sales funnel, and actively identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with commercial teams and leadership on contracts, customer feedback, product development, commercial launches, early access programs, and key opinion leader initiatives, lead business reviews at CGT accounts.
- Champion Bio-Techne’s CGT workflow solutions by engaging new customers, strengthening established accounts, and keeping stakeholders informed about emerging technologies, market trends, and key opportunities.
- Embed and promote the EPIC values in all areas of work, maintaining the company’s culture, ethics, and people engagement.
- A science-related degree (BSc, M.S., or Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, or Molecular Biology) is a strong advantage, but we also welcome candidates with other educational backgrounds.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment is required.
- Strong track record in cold calling, effectively engaging potential customers, generating leads, and converting prospects into successful business outcomes.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, adapt to dynamic market conditions, and strategically build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Hands on laboratory experience and/or working knowledge working with stem cells and solutions supporting this workflow highly desirable.
- Proficient in digital platforms, financial analysis, and tracking ROI/KPIs.
- Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills allowing the ability to communicate professionally across all layers of the organization as well as customers’ and prospects’ organizations
