Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications. We are on a growth journey – now looking for a Field Sales Representative for supporting our Workshop Equipment sub-segment.
WAECO Germany WSE GmbH is a sub-segment of the Dometic Group AB from Sweden. WAECO is an established premium brand in the automotive segment with a strong brand DNA and is regarded as a technical and qualitative trendsetter and benchmark for the global A/C service and maintenance industry. WAECO has been a recognized market leader in this field for over 50 years and works closely with workshop customers and the automotive industry.
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for further developing WAECO profitable growth and driving sales with repeat business, to existing and new customers in France and Belgium
We expect you to work independently and proactively. You should also identify and develop new sales opportunities for profitable business in the assigned region.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Building, develop and maintaining the relationships with our existing and potential new customers within his market which can be wholesaler, dealers, or other Automotiv customers.
- developing the sales activities and the sales revenues in his area in line with the regional and overall strategy/pricing.
- Maintain deep product knowledge
- Processing of quotations
- Compiling reports according to instructions (sales, quotations, backlogs, customer statistics)
- Preparation of price agreements and price negotiations
- Sales-data analysis, forecast planning
- Close coordination and project leader in customer projects with other internal functions such as PM, purchase, quality, OTC, finance, etc.
- Negotiate acceptable warranty cost with customers
- Preparation and execution of company- and product presentations for customers
- Participation at relevant exhibitions

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:
- Experience in B2B sales of technical products requiring explanation in the automotive sector (preferably workshop equipment)
- Developed negotiating skills and an analytical and quick mind
- Initial product and market knowledge in the workshop equipment business (preferably air conditioning service) - desirable
- Competent, confident manner and very good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Is fluent in English, both written and speaking
- Native French speaker
- Flemish / Dutch – desirable
- Good technical understanding
- Focused on profitable sales growth
- Negotiation & Presentation (online and in person) skills
- Strategic & analytical mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with standard SW (MS Office / Outlook)
- High readiness to travel
