Job Purpose
- Provide HCP-oriented activities, medical and scientific support for the drugs you are responsible for at RRD in assigned territories in accordance with local codes of practice in place.
- Develop professional relationships with key stakeholders to understand and improve the patient journey.
- Participate in the training of regional and national experts on the scientific data of drugs for which you are responsible at RRD.
Key Responsibilities
Medical Strategy and Project Management
- In collaboration with the brand team participate to affiliate brand plans
- Monitor HCPs needs regarding scientific questions
- Develop opportunities to generate data
- Facilitate Advisory Boards and Scientific meetings
- Support speakers and deliver scientific content.
- Be the local contact for PAG
- Attend congresses / symposia
- Ensure continuous medical education, clinical doubts resolution and responses to unsolicited requests
- Ensure timely and accurate scientific / medical exchanges with HCPs
- Support medical information in developing responses for medical enquiries
- Deliver quality medical education presentations in a variety of settings
- Be the products medical reference
- Disseminate insights throughout the organization
- Provide scientific support for medical, marketing and market access activities as required
- Participate in training programs
- Enter your activity in RRD's CRM tool according to rules defined
- Act as an ethical leader and demonstrate excellent awareness internally and externally
- Work in accordance with compliance policies and procedures as well as with legal and ethical standards
- Doctor of Medicine degree - Ph.D
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree - Pharm.D
- Master 2 in science (medicine, biology, biochemistry, biotechnologies, etc.)
- Engineering degree in science
- Doctor of science, health, physics, chemistry/materials
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry (2+ years)
- Knowledge in the rare disease field or in niche market product will be a plus
- Experience in international context
- Experience in big or medium size companies
- Master your therapeutic area and products
- Develop your scientific and technical competencies on a daily basis
- Acquire local expertise on the environment of the pathology and the product(s) for which you are responsible
- Know how to conduct scientific discussions and lead scientific meetings
- Carry out exhaustive and relevant bibliographic analyses, master the critical reading of scientific articles
- Be patient-oriented
