The Position
In a context of expansion and launch of new products, you will support our Communication Director on various topics. Your will have a strategic input and impact on all our Communication scope (internal, external, corporate). Your main responsibilities will include:

You will join our Corporate Affairs Department which is responsible of Strategy & CETA, communication & CSR. You wil manage the Communication team of four people and will report to the Corporate affairs Director. You will work cross-functionally with the different Departments of the French affiliate (HR, Marketing, Medical, Sales…), internal stakeholders at the global level and external stakeholders (KOLs, media, institutions…).

The Position
In a context of expansion and launch of new products, you will support our Communication Director on various topics. Your will have a strategic input and impact on all our Communication scope (internal, external, corporate). Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with teams at global level to shape the strategy of Communication for the French affiliate.
- Manage the external Communication strategy (social media, press, events, KOLs…) for various topics (corporate communication, launch of new products, projects linked to CSR…).
- Create new partnerships and expand network (KOLs, media, institutions…).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Medical, Sales…) to ensure consistent messaging and support strategic organizational goals.
- To manage a team of 3-4 people.
To be successful in this role:
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Communication, Public Affairs or Corporate Affairs.
- You have a solid experience (around 10 years of experience) in a role that allowed you to have strategic communication responsibilities in the pharmaceutical industry. Ideally, your past experiences lead you to build an interesting network (KOLs, media, institutions…).
- You have a strategic vision of Communication, you are innovative and think out of the box.
- You are fluent in French and English (both oral and written).
- You have an ability to create and maintain strong relationships with people, you are able to work cross-functionally and are a team player.
