Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Legal structure and compliance with national and local EHS regulations: Ensure that the EHS structure in the country complies with legal requirements. If regulatory training is required at the national level, country EHS leaders will identify vendors and communicate requirements.
- Health promotion and associated programs: Ensure that health programs in Business Areas and Support Functions comply with legal requirements. Collaborate to share best practices.
- Regulation and compliance: Communicate new or updated legal requirements to Business Areas and Support Functions.
- Support for incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis: Escalate incident reports to the Country Managing Director. Ensure compliance with regulatory agency declarations. Verify data quality. Share lessons learned.
- KPI Reporting: Train employees on the EHS IT tool. Administer the tool and ensure the quality of entered data.
- Annual Reporting: Ensure timely submission of EHS reports.
- EHS Communications: Communicate on country EHS topics in coordination with the country management team.
- Project/Resource Management: Work with Business Areas to align EHS resources according to needs. Be informed of the EHS headcount budget and headcount requests.
- HSE Engineer by training with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry
- Good interpersonal skills and good written and oral communication
