Les Principales Missions Seront De
Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.
Le candidat doit posséder la nationalité française afin de pouvoir travailler sur des sujets NEO FR conformément à l'IGI 1300 du 11/08/2021 (article 7.1.1.3).

Airbus Defence and Space has been contracted to deliver In-Service Support (ISS) services to French Air Force for their A330 MRTT fleet. This includes aircraft maintenance, material support and technical services.
Within the local support team of Airbus Defence & Space based in Istres Air Force Base (Provence - Bouches du Rhône - Istres), made of about 30 persons from all disciplines mentioned above, the jobholder reports operationally to the local MRTT Material Support Team Leader and the Material Support Centre of Competence of Airbus Defence & Space / Military Air System Services in Madrid.

Within the local support team of Airbus Defence & Space based in Istres Air Force Base (Provence - Bouches du Rhône - Istres), made of about 30 persons from all disciplines mentioned above, the jobholder reports operationally to the local MRTT Material Support Team Leader and the Material Support Centre of Competence of Airbus Defence & Space / Military Air System Services in Madrid.
- Support TASM in ensuring that the performance delivery to FAF complies with ISS contractual obligations, and especially:
- Support performance assessment
- Manage Inbound and outbound material flows (spares order, repairs, retrofit, RMA?) using the assigned IT tools (SAP, AMASIS, export control tool') and ensuring accurate follow-up and records.
- Provide material support services to the local MRO, according to the contracts in place
- Ensure that the parts delivered to customers comply with continued airworthiness requirements and follow-up the discrepancies when happening,
- Deploy the material support part of No Fault Found policy, with customer and with CoCs
- Provide return on experience for use in all departments of Airbus Defence and Space/Military Air System
- Issue periodic trend-monitoring analysis for internal and external purposes
- Participate to the implementation and sustainment of local and central processes and policies
- Propose, and support deployment of, improvement plans (whether internal or on customer side) with regards to material supply, stock management, services deliveries.
- Act as a reliable member belonging to
- Contribute to motivate a team of Airbus DS personnel (local and central) and subcontractors (warehouse keeping) on the same goals achievements.
- Sustain delivery of contractual commitments under enduring high pressure and level of customer demands.
- Working in a military restricted area
