LE POSTE :

within a Montessori toddler community of 16 children aged 2 to 3, working in tandem with the French-speaking Montessori educator

Your Mission

The Child

  • Deliver clear and relevant presentations, tailored to each child, in line with the pedagogical approach defined by the school leadership.
  • Provide an immersive English-speaking environment throughout the day.
  • Offer activities that support the development of oral language skills.
  • Support the child’s psychological development with kindness and attentiveness to their individual needs.
  • Assist the child in developing personal care and autonomy.
  • Plan and monitor each child’s progress using the school’s digital platform.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment.

The Team

  • Communicate thoughtfully with fellow educators.
  • Collaborate respectfully with colleagues to enhance the educational environment.

Profil Recherché

Training & Experience

  • Native-level English (spoken, written, and read).
  • Holder of a Montessori 0-3 or 3-6 diploma.
  • Experience or qualification in early childhood education.
  • Minimum of two years of higher education (Bac +2 required).

Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)

Working Hours: Full-time during school days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding Zone C school holidays), from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Team meetings take place on Wednesday mornings.
