About The Job

We're offering a unique HR position within our EVAI Business Unit combining the opportunity to have direct impact on our business, direct interaction with our Senior Leadership and a high level of autonomy all while being part of our Danone Company. The Sr. HR Business Partner for EVAI (Evian Volvic Alpro International) is the first point of contact for our teams in Europe, Central & Latin America as well as our global functions (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain). Based within our central teams in Paris you will interact with leaders and employees around the globe to drive our Talent & Organization agenda.

The job scope consists of 3 key pillars

Attract, Engage & Develop

  • Anticipate and lead Talent Acquisition by co-building Talent Roadmap and rolling it out together with EVAI Leadership Team and in collaboration with HR teams worldwide.
  • Recruit EVAI Talent (internal & external) & co-developing meaningful onboarding paths.
  • Lead Succession Planning with our Leadership Teams & co-build dynamic and global Talent pool for EVAI to cover our long-term Talent needs.
  • Develop dedicated programs & initiatives to develop our Talent within EVAI and roll-out Danone global programs within our business unit.

Engagement, Communication & Collaboration

  • Build and implement Internal Communications strategy to engage EVAI-ers and strengthen sense of belonging all around the world. Leading annual activation plan for key communication channels.
  • Lead monthly EVAI townhall with engaging agenda, answering to business needs.
  • Lead the organization of our yearly EVAI Convention with internal and external stakeholders & partners.
  • Monitor, track and define action plans regarding team engagement (People Surveys etc.).
  • Stakeholder Management with local & regional HR teams in the locations where EVAI is based defining collaboration, ways of working to ensure efficiency, & EVAI connectivity in a ONE DANONE context.

Organization & HR Processes

  • Identify optimal organizational set-up for our teams in collaboration with the Leadership Teams and enabling business success.
  • Lead key annual HR processes within our business unit Performance Management, Salary Review, Development Conversations, Objective Setting & follow-up.
  • Updating and implementing EVAI policies & guidelines.
  • Lead transversal transformational projects across EVAI.

The Sr. HRBP is directly reporting to the EVAI HR Director and will be strongly involved into all Talent Management & Organizational Development projects. The role is interacting with our Senior Leadership Team on a daily basis offering lots of opportunity to directly influence our HR agenda for the business unit. The role also includes the management of an HR Coordinator supporting on projects, internal engagement & recruitment.

About You

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Our ideal candidate brings professional experience (minimum 6 years) in a multinational environment, leading topics and/or projects across countries/regions in a volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous context. Previous experience in roles as HR Business Partner is a big plus.
