The Opportunity
Provide general technical and commercial support to both external as well as internal customers such as the external product specialists, account managers and internal colleagues. Answer technical questions about products and applications. Treatment of product-related quality complaints. Act proactively with a view to achieving customer satisfaction and the promoting the sales cycle. Follow-up of quotations and projects.

Vous serez le point de contact pour les questions techniques liées aux produits chimiques, détecterez de nouvelles opportunités, enverrez des devis aux clients et ferez le suivi. Ce poste est disponible en mode hybride, avec 2 à 3 jours de télétravail par semaine. Vous rejoindrez une équipe de Spécialistes Produits Internes dans le cluster FR et BE, où la collaboration est au cœur du travail. Ce poste vous permettra également de travailler en étroite collaboration avec de nombreux autres départements de l'entreprise.

Vos responsabilités
- Fournir des conseils techniques pour les gammes dont vous êtes responsable (par email, puis par téléphone), à la fois pour les clients et pour les collaborateurs du groupe (formations, aide à la référencement, etc.)
- Détecter les opportunités commerciales potentielles et les soutenir, notamment en qualifiant les besoins des clients et prospects d'Avantor
- Être responsable, jusqu’au suivi, des dossiers dont vous êtes chargé, en parfaite synergie avec les autres membres du service
- Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs lorsque la situation l'exige
- Interagir avec les différents services impliqués dans votre activité (logistique, ventes, commandes, réglementation, etc.)
- Collecter et qualifier les besoins des clients et prospects selon leurs spécifications
- Maintenir et développer l’activité sur mesure (formations internes, suivi du portefeuille client)
- Gérer la base de données produits, de la création des articles à l’optimisation des fichiers
- Vous avez un diplôme de master en chimie ou équivalent. Une expérience commerciale complémentaire ou une connaissance du marché des laboratoires est un atout.
- La connaissance des méthodes analytiques et de la qualité est un plus.
- Vous pouvez tirer parti d'une bonne connaissance du monde du laboratoire.
