The Opportunity

Under limited supervision, responsible for maintaining relationships with accounts by visiting customer sites within assigned territory. Sell products and services to customers and act as point of contact post-sale, focusing on ongoing customer satisfaction, retention, and growing business. In addition to face-to-face meetings, engage with customers over the phone and Internet (e.g., chat, email, video conferencing, etc.) to close sales and support clients. Respond to client inquiries and offer guidance on appropriate products and services. Execute sales strategy, generate sales reports, and identify opportunities to increase sales volume while ensuring service levels are met.

Rattaché à la Direction des Commerciale Instrumentation & Equipement et au sein d’une équipe commerciale dédiée, en étroite collaboration avec nos Ingénieurs Technico-Commerciaux généralistes et nos équipes Marketing et Commerciales sédentaires, vous avez l’entière responsabilité du développement et du suivi des résultats (CA et la marge) pour la gamme de produits Instrumentation & Equipement et Services, s’inscrivant dans un process analytique défini (Workflow).

Ce que vous apportez

  • Vous disposez d’un niveau licence scientifique couplé à une expérience commerciale et des connaissances équipements et instrumentation de laboratoire
  • Vous pouvez vous appuyer sur vos capacités à l’oral et de votre orientation-client
  • Vous êtes autonome et vous organisez de manière sérieuse et pertinente
  • Vous faites preuve d’une réelle appétence commerciale (techniques de vente, proactivité, argumentation, négociation, marketing…)
  • Vous savez travailler en équipe pour parvenir à vos objectifs. Anglais courant nécessaire.

  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et de marge fixés par la Direction Commerciale. Pour ce faire, à vous d’établir et appliquer une stratégie d’identification des besoins de votre portefeuille client et d’approche correspondante
  • Organiser en fonction de cette stratégie visites clients et prospects
  • Promouvoir et vendre directement auprès des clients le portfolio de produits et services VWR, en passant par la formulation et la négociation d’offres adéquates dans le respect de notre politique de pricing
  • Développer, fidéliser et gérer une clientèle diversifiée en région parisienne & strasbourgeoise
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec vos partenaires internes pour renforcer notre expertise technique, accroître notre visibilité et développer votre portefeuille
