Context :
The mission of the “Global Purchasing” Business Partner is to find reliable and sustainable external resources (suppliers, partners, subcontractors) to provide the necessary support to the Group's Business Units and Business Partners in their operational activities, as well as their development, and to coordinate purchasing projects (including with subsidiaries).
Based in Rueil Malmaison, under the hierarchical responsibility of the Group Purchasing Director, your mission will be to define, implement, and lead the project purchasing strategy in collaboration with the latter, to ensure internal clients receive the required products and services at the best overall cost, within the expected quality and deadlines. You will also be responsible for leading a team of Project Lead Buyers while structuring the "Group Project Purchasing" division and contributing to the implementation of the Purchasing Policy within the company

Operational Activities:
You are an experienced executive in International Procurement of products/services within an industrial environment. You have a solid technical background, being a technician/engineer with an additional master's degree in procurement.
Reference Industries:
You demonstrate a passion for management that you have already expressed in your previous experiences. Recognized for your leadership, you show team animation skills and are team-oriented, essential qualities for this position to move forward with your internal clients and support the business.
You exhibit a broad perspective and rigor to structure the project procurement division within the Group. You are open to change, being proactive and demonstrating proven adaptability and decision-making skills while relying on your sense of listening and consultation.

Missions :
Your main missions will be as follows:
Operational Activities:
- Ensure the achievement of qualitative, quantitative, organizational, and financial objectives, and manage supplier risks in project procurement.
- Manage the supplier panel (Global/worldwide) in collaboration with the Group Purchasing Department teams and the TTS/POP Business Unit.
- Establish, with your team's Project Lead Buyers, all actions to control supplier risks on each project.
- Negotiate the purchase of equipment and services within strategic projects with key suppliers (negotiation/Level 2 supplier relationship management).
- Participate in the search for strategic and/or critical suppliers for the Group and ensure the optimization of this procurement sourcing, notably through supplier panel audits.
- Ensure continuity of activity between Group Project Procurement and the Procurement entity of the BUs and Sales Support departments.
- Analyze market trends in procurement through monitoring and benchmarking.
- Animate and coordinate the activities of the Project Procurement division at a global level, particularly in collaboration with ROCs and Group subsidiaries.
- Manage the team for which you have direct responsibility, ensuring the maintenance and development of skills.
- Ensure the proper integration of potential new recruits into your teams.
- Be attentive and promote the professional development of the individuals under your responsibility.
- Conduct annual and professional interviews.
- Ensure the organization of training for your team.

- You are fluent in English.
