  • Oversee the gift catalog, keeping it updated and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Design and manage promotions aimed at increasing user participation and satisfaction.

Digital Activities

  • Monitor and analyze digital KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Coordinate regular digital reviews, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage email campaigns from creation through to performance tracking, focusing on personalization and engagement improvement.

Communication and Digital Marketing

  • Implement and monitor the media plan for Spain and Portugal, adapting to the specific needs of each market.
  • Create and update content on the ES/PT websites, optimizing for SEO and ensuring information is relevant and accurate.
  • Keep the news sections of the websites up-to-date, encouraging user interaction and maintaining interest.

Events and Trade Shows Management

  • Coordinate logistics and planning for events and trade shows where the company participates.
  • Prepare and organize promotional materials, goodies, mockups, and any resources required for the event.
  • Ensure that all materials align with the brand’s visual identity and key messages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure all elements are ready and available before each event.

Design

  • Design and adapt communication materials according to the Valeo Image Book, maintaining brand consistency across platforms and channels.
  • Create visually appealing content aligned with communication campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand tone and style.
